Want to take your beloved pet dog along with you when you go on vacation? That’s not a problem here at the Strahlerhof in South Tyrol. We have enough space, and there’s also the “great outdoors” in which your four-legged friend can run and jump. In any case, your pets are cordially welcome here. We will charge you a one-time cleaning fee of € 30

Advance partial payment:
When you have paid the required advance partial payment, we will send you a confirmation of reservation, after which you can consider your booking as binding. In the event you cancel, this advance partial payment will not be refunded to you.

Forms of payment:
You can pay onsite prior to your departure in cash, or by means of bank transfer. In the event that you nonetheless wish to pay in advance by bank transfer, we are including our bank contact data as follows.

Cancellation conditions:
In the event that you are unable to begin the vacation stay that you have booked or are forced to cancel it, please note the following: When cancelling between three months and 29 days prior to the beginning of your stay, we will charge you for three days of your stay. When cancelling within the last 28 days prior to the start, we will charge you 100% of the total cost of your reservation. In the event that you fail to appear, we will charge you 100% of the total cost. The advance partial payment you have already made will count towards this.

If you depart prior to the scheduled end of your stay, both the days you have already stayed and the remaining days of your stay will be charged to your account. Please inform us as soon as possible if you are unable to begin your stay.

Covid-19 cancellation conditions:
If you are unable to begin your stay due to Covid-19 (because the area is declared a high-risk area, if travel restrictions are imposed, or if a quarantine is imposed by your country on travelers from Italy), you can cancel up to seven days prior to the scheduled start of your stay free of charge. Generally speaking, we recommend that you obtain travel cancellation insurance through our “Roter Hahn.” (hyperlink)
